The physical location of OSA is currently open and offering limited in-person appointments and services in order to reduce contact due to COVID-19. OSA events will be modified in accordance with state, local, and university health guidelines. OSA staff members will be working hybrid in-office and remote hours depending on the individual. Emailing your study abroad advisor or firstname.lastname@example.org will be the quickest form of communication. Individual advisor availability is listed on our appointments webpage linked below.
Students can continue to make virtual appointments with an advisor through our appointments website. The advisor will email you details about the zoom appointment before the scheduled meeting time.
For the time being, all physical submissions of documents will be canceled. To submit course equivalency forms please email Joanie Vicknair at email@example.com.
The Office of Study Abroad is processing transcripts as they arrive in our office. For immediate transcript concerns, please email Joanie Vicknair at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for a response, and do keep in mind that was we transition into these new procedures longer waiting periods can occur.
The COVID-19 situation remains very fluid. Stay in close contact with your study abroad advisor as well as with your host institution or study abroad provider. As the situation unfolds all parties will keep students updated about next steps. Discuss with your study abroad advisor what course of action may make the most sense for your academic plan.
