International Education Week

International Education Week (IEW), November 16-20, 2020, is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.

CGE and Tulane University support all internationalization and exchange efforts on our campus. Our partners from around the world, along with Tulane students, faculty and staff are all encouraged to participate in and recognize this important period of recognition and celebration of the vibrant global community that has been cultivated on our campus. Although we may not be able to celebrate in person this year, CGE will be highlighting the contributions to international education and intercultural exchange made by Tulane students, faculty, and staff during this most challenging time in our collective global history.

Check below for remote or socially distanced happenings in honor of IEW, and make sure to follow us on Instagram for updates throughout the week!
