Study Abroad Options: Architecture
 At Tulane there exist two avenues for Architecture students to study architecture and design abroad:
1. TSA Programs led by Tulane architecture faculty, including summer programs and the fall semester in Rome. Students interested in these programs should contact the Associate Dean of the Tulane School of Architecture.
2. JYA Programs administered by the Office of Study Abroad, Center for Global Education, in which TSA students enroll directly in a faculty or department that is equivalent to the TSA at an overseas university. These programs, their eligibility requirements and the application process are described below.
Students who wish to study at an institution not listed below should schedule an advising session with the director of study abroad in the Center for Global Education to discuss the application process.
JYA Application Instructions for Architecture Students
Architecture students should follow the application instructions listed in the "How to Apply" section of this site for application to a JYA program. When choosing a program, students should consult with their academic advisor and the Associate Dean of the School of Architecure.
Questions about the application process should be directed to the director of study abroad in the Center for Global Education.
Universities Abroad (JYA)
In general, students engage in a course of study at the fourth year, which includes a full studio regimen. Students are expected to maintain a full-time enrollment for each semester spent abroad.
