Required fees (to be paid by the hiring department):
$325 Application Fee: mandatory for all H-1B applications (including extensions) and any TN petitions filed by mail;
$500 Anti-Fraud Fee: mandatory for all new H-1B visas (change of status, transfer, etc);
Optional fees for the H-1B Visa:
$1225 Premium Processing Fee, for expedited processing requests;
Additional fee for H-4 dependent application (to be paid by the employee):
$290 (all family members are included) I-539 Application Fee;
All checks should be made payable to “U.S. Department of Homeland Security” and submitted directly to Tulane OISS.
