Here you will find information on Tulane's U.S. immigration support services; programs for the Tulane international community; and general information for Tulane's international students, scholars, faculty and staff.
General Office Hours
For general information, check-in, document drop off/pick up, letter requests etc.:
Monday through Friday
8:30 am- 5:00 pm
Appointments: If you have questions, concerns, or issues you need to discuss with an international advisor, please call (504)865-5208, or e-mail ciss@tulane.edu for an appointment.
Appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Travel Abroad for International Students, Scholars, Faculty and Staff: If you not a US citizen or Legal Permanent Resident and you plan to travel outside of the United States you will need to have OISS process your immigration paperwork to allow you to re-enter the United States. You will need to submit a travel signature request, along with your immigration documentation. Please allow at least three business days prior to your anticipated travel date for document processing and verification of your immigration status. If you do not allow three days, you will have to pay to ship your documents to your destination.

Travel Announcement: All students returning from travel abroad need to check in with the Office of International Students & Scholars upon returning to New Orleans.
